DESCRIPTION: The 4-line by 20
character backlit LCD operates like the 2x16 LCDs, but it also
includes big-alpha capability (letters A-Z added to large-character
mode), a right-alignment instruction for easy data-field formatting,
and a larger serial buffer. This LCD requires 10-15 mA current
without backlight enabled, and more than 80 mA with backlight (use a
separate 5 V power supply). Similar three-pin connection to power,
ground, and data. Size is 96 x 60 mm (3.9 x 2.4 in).
