- Currently some of our suppliers are experiencing shipment delays for new stock arriving into the country (Philippines). We are committed to keeping our customers as informed as possible, however the stock arrival updates can change quickly - please know that the info we are providing is the most recent we have.
- Warehouses and freight companies are also experiencing challenges, so please allow additional days for dispatch and delivery over and above the normal estimates outlined below.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time on Friday and before 11:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time on Monday may not be processed until the following Tuesday; orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day. Items that are in stock are typically sent within 48 hours after order processing and payment confirmation. We will notify you if there is a 30-day or longer shipment delay. Please check the cargo upon its arrival. Please notify us of any losses or damages as soon as possible. Keep all components and packaging until the claim is resolved.

We provide one-day, two-day, and surface shipping options. Shipping costs are computed depending on the shipment provider, the product weight, size, and shipping location.
Shipping is free with subscriptions and service plans. Subscription Plans in the Philippines may necessitate additional taxes or fees.
Orders comprised of In Stock items normally ship within one week (two weeks for made-to-order items) after credit is approved or payment in full is received.
